About This Role

A Store Associate at Gopuff's Liquor Barn subsidiary provides excellent customer service, drives sales, and handles cashier responsibilities, contributing to the ultimate shopper experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers
• Inform customers of BRS products and services
• Provide customers with product recommendations
• Drive sales in all departments
• Replenish and maintain inventory
• Perform cashier functions and adhere to minor policy during transactions
• Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronics
• Accept payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards
• Balance register drawer
• Bag or box purchases to ensure safe transport
• Maintain store safety standards and cleanliness
• Assist in promotions and setup of BRS events

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a team environment requiring professional communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative
