Store Associate

About This Role

As a Store Associate, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers, and ensuring a memorable experience. You will contribute to the store's success through product knowledge and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional manner as they enter the store
• Assist shoppers in finding products, answering questions, and providing detailed information on features, pricing, and promotions
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
• Maintain store appearance by keeping displays neat, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are merchandised attractively
• Meet and exceed sales goals through excellent service and suggestive selling techniques
• Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policies to maintain customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on product updates, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives
• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive store atmosphere

• Outgoing, approachable, and friendly personality with strong communication skills
• A genuine interest in helping people and providing solutions that fit their needs
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is helpful—but we’re happy to train the right candidate with the right attitude
