Keep the retail store organized and shelves stocked for customers by unloading product deliveries and setting up displays. Provide customer service and assist with product assembly.
Responsibilities
- Sort merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking
- Stock product in proper places in the store or backstock areas
- Complete endcap resets, modular resets, and pod creation
- Perform store front facing
- Work backstock bins and top stock down
- Assist customers with carry-outs to their vehicles
- Assemble products for customers or display
- Greet customers
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Flexible availability, including some weekends and holidays
Nice to Have
- Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience
- Love of tools & equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Service focused mindset
