Data Solution Architect

About This Role

This role is responsible for enabling analytics by translating business needs into technical solutions. You will work cross-functionally with business teams and engineers to design data models, reports, dashboards, and integrations that bridge internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and support the implementation of data pipelines, system integrations, storage solutions, and enterprise dashboards
• Develop and optimize data structures for performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and data scientists to translate requirements into actionable solutions
• Deliver well-documented, reusable, and maintainable data assets
• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple data domains, anticipating strategic needs and validating the accuracy of existing reporting
• Mentor analysts on solution design best practices
• Coach analysts and data scientists on effective querying techniques and optimal use of available data resources

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related technical field
• Strong SQL and ETL development skills
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems)
