Stock Associate

About This Role

The Stock Associate maintains merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards within the store and stockroom for Hollister Co. This role involves working three to four shifts per week, approximately four to five hours per shift, with potential for more during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow
• Ensure filling and presentation standards are met throughout the store
• Manage stockroom operations
• Assist customers with their experience
• Support asset protection and minimize shrink
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Participate in training and development
