About This Role

This role is responsible for various duties including customer service, freight processing, maintaining merchandising standards, and organizing the stockroom to create a fun and memorable shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards
• Maintain an organized stockroom
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment
• Checkout customer in store and buy online pick up in store purchases as needed
• Share passion and knowledge for products and help customers

Requirements

• A can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative, open-minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture
• Excellent communication & time management skills
• Ability to initiate a conversation
• Minimum Age 16 years
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Qualifications

• Retail experience a plus but not required
