The Assistant Manager drives sales results by analyzing business metrics and providing best-in-class customer service. This role oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing, and leverages creative expertise for store presentation. They are also responsible for talent management, from recruiting and training to engagement and development.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes
- Leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge
- Drive recruiting and training of staff
- Manage engagement and development of team members
- Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management
- Ensure Asset Protection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to show up in a fast-paced and challenging environment
- Team building skills
- Self-starter
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
