The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations are effective. This role is part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.
Responsibilities
- Act as Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Ensure store operations are running effectively
- Drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement
- Perform opening and closing routines
- Manage visual displays
- Utilize register/Point of Sales systems
- Support asset protection
- Demonstrate proactive thinking and attention to detail
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
