Key Lead

About This Role

This Key Lead role ensures a quality in-store experience for all customers by supervising and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving store performance through customer engagement and daily sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
• Drive store performance through customer experience and team sales achievement
• Manage register/Point of Sales operations
• Maintain visual displays
• Assist with asset protection

Requirements

• Retail experience (1+ year preferred)
• Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
• Availability for 12-16 hours per week, with increased hours during peak times

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred

Nice to Have

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
