This Key Lead role ensures a quality in-store experience for all customers by supervising and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, driving store performance through customer engagement and daily sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store
- Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
- Drive store performance through customer experience and team sales achievement
- Manage register/Point of Sales operations
- Maintain visual displays
- Assist with asset protection
Requirements
- Retail experience (1+ year preferred)
- Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays
- Availability for 12-16 hours per week, with increased hours during peak times
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
Nice to Have
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
