About This Role

The Stock Associate maintains merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the Hollister Co. store and stockroom, supporting sales and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow
• Maintain filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
• Support customer experience
• Ensure proper store presentation and sales floor standards
• Manage stockroom operations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Support asset protection and reduce shrink
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
