- Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
- Support customer experience initiatives
- Ensure store presentation and sales floor standards are met
- Manage stockroom operations
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Support asset protection and shrink reduction efforts
