This role is responsible for maintaining effective merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom, contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
• Support customer experience initiatives
• Ensure store presentation and sales floor standards are met
• Manage stockroom operations
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction efforts
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
