This role is responsible for maintaining the store's merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards. The Stock Associate contributes to the customer experience, ensures sales floor readiness and stockroom organization, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effectiveness of merchandise flow throughout the store and stock
- Maintain filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stock
- Contribute to an excellent customer experience
- Ensure store presentation and sales floor readiness
- Organize and manage the stockroom
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Adhere to asset protection and shrink policies
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development
