As a Staffing Consultant, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles, sourcing and qualifying job seekers for various companies. This sales-focused position involves building strong relationships and meeting recruitment goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking
- Engage in proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates
- Post job advertisements on various job boards
- Interview prospective candidates to assess their suitability
- Prepare candidates for interviews with client companies by reviewing resumes, discussing client needs, and conducting mock interviews
- Contact candidates post-interview to recap and provide next steps
- Extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates
- Communicate with candidates on assignment to ensure their needs are met
- Build a book of business and hold self accountable to goals and metrics
