About This Role

This role involves processing vendor invoices and managing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in the construction and professional services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate vendor records
  • Prepare and reconcile payments and assist with month-end reporting
  • Manage weekly and biweekly payroll cycles, including time entry and adjustments
  • Maintain payroll records and respond to employee inquiries
  • Generate standard reports for management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll
  • Proficiency with Sage
  • Proficiency with Paychex

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll

Nice to Have

  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
