Drive the execution of key operational and transformative data science initiatives by partnering with leadership to identify long-term plans and priorities, while aligning technical roadmaps with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive visibility and execution of key operational and transformative data science initiatives
• Partner with leadership to identify long-term plans, priorities, and critical focus areas
• Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and business objectives
• Develop and streamline processes for project intake and resource balancing
• Leverage advanced analytical techniques to draw insights from structured and unstructured data
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic discussions

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience working with technical teams
• Experience in data science, analytics, project/program/portfolio management
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments and manage multiple concurrent projects
