About This Role

Partner with Technical Program Managers to ensure hardware delivery on time for product development, manage logistics and budgets, and oversee multiple programs concurrently for a company connecting elite talent with AI research labs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware on time for product development
• Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics efficiently
• Support budget management and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy
• Manage procurement and track Purchase Orders diligently
• Collaborate with the Logistics team to ensure fast shipping
• Oversee multiple programs concurrently to meet project goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
• Experience in hardware development and working with vendors domestically and internationally
• Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
• Ability to coordinate across different teams, vendors, and time zones
