This role will drive and nurture Snowflake's diverse ecosystem of System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and specialized technology partners. The primary objective is to strengthen the Snowflake network by building a thriving, collaborative partner community, focusing on joint customer growth and GTM programs.
Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive joint business plans with diverse partners, collaborating on integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and marketing activities
- Define joint industry solutions and offerings that leverage the ecosystem and differentiate Snowflake in the local market
- Achieve partnership goals including sales quota and marketing activities; this is a quota carrying position
- Inspire partners to grow their Snowflake practices and scale technical capabilities, defining certification growth plans
- Cultivate lasting relationships with Senior executives and decision-makers across the partner landscape
- Manage the entire alliance development lifecycle, building and owning 360-degree relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, sales engineering, and marketing for a seamless ecosystem experience
- Assist the ecosystem in navigating Snowflake’s partner program and sales process, including deal registration
- Monitor performance metrics across the partner network to ensure healthy ecosystem growth, delivering on key regional criteria
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the technology market
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct accountability for revenue targets
- Track record of success and established relationships with SI partners and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Ability to manage complex regional business plans and track ecosystem progress
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the technology market. 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct accountability for revenue targets.
