About This Role

Lead a team of software engineers to develop innovative healthcare software products, ensuring timely project delivery and enhanced healthcare outcomes. Oversee the entire software development life cycle from conception to testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing innovative healthcare software products
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to implementation and testing
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and collaboration within the engineering team
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development methodologies and quality assurance
• Manage technical risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans
• Stay abreast on the latest trends and technologies in healthcare software development

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• At least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in leading and motivating high-performing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• 8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in software engineering and at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Nice to Have

• Experience in building and deploying healthcare software products
