Site Administrator

About This Role

This role supervises the daily operations of a Spring school site, ensuring quality instruction, staff and student safety, and compliance with all policies. It involves managing behavior, administering discipline, and overseeing site opening and closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day to day operations of the Spring school site
• Ensure quality instruction and the safety of the staff and students
• Communicate behavior expectations and consequences to staff, students and parents
• Administer discipline as necessary to correct disruptive behavior
• Oversee the opening and closing of Spring school sites
• Ensure compliance with all state, district, and Spring school policies and procedures
• Ensure all state and district documents are submitted on time

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or closely related field
• 4+ years of teaching or training experience
• Active SCS Assistant Principal in good standing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or a closely related field
• Minimum of four (4) years of teaching or training experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or paid, exempt level directly relevant experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position for a total of eight (8) years.
