About This Role

This is an entry-level Shop Hand position with a temp-to-hire opportunity, focusing on general labor tasks and assisting with tool preparation and maintenance. The role requires a strong work ethic and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general labor tasks, including lifting, painting, and assembling downhole tools
• Perform cleaning and preparation duties to ensure tools and equipment are ready for the next job
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols, including wearing hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots
• Be available for on-call shifts as needed

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work up to 60 hours a week as a temp employee
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors
• Strong work ethic and commitment to getting the job done
