About This Role

Responsible for accurately picking and shipping orders to members' homes and businesses, utilizing a digital handheld device to locate merchandise and ensuring safe and damage-free packing and loading procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use a digital handheld device to locate and pick merchandise orders from the selling floor
• Safely navigate a large picking cart around the club, including during club hours
• Assemble cardboard boxes and pack orders in a safe and damage-free manner
• Move pallets of supplies using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment
• Assist with the loading of UPS/FedEx trucks and shrink wrapping pallets
• Process member purchases using a handheld digital device and scanner (RF)
• Communicate problems with inventory, equipment, and expired/short-dated items
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements
• Wrap and secure merchandise to pallets, clearly labeling with required information
• Print shipping labels and other related documents
• Oversee package carrier pick up and maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC area
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age

Nice to Have

• Previous order pulling experience
• Big box/wholesale retail experience
• Previous digital handheld device experience
