Shift Manager

About This Role

Manage all aspects of a Domino's restaurant shift, including cost, inventory, cash control, and customer relations, while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all cost controls during your shift
• Oversee inventory control
• Handle all cash control procedures
• Manage Customer relations
• Set an example and ensure policy and procedure adherence from crew
• Assist with staffing
• Complete associated paperwork
• Manage food while working to a schedule
• Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
• Provide great customer service
• Ensure attendance and punctuality of staff
• Maintain store cleanliness
• Assist with marketing efforts
• Focus on store profitability
• Operate all equipment
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Prepare product
• Receive and process telephone orders
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily

Requirements

• Open availability
• Reliable vehicle
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred
