Shift Leader

About This Role

Serve as a Shift Leader for a popular bakery, providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of cookie crew members. This role involves ensuring efficient production, maintaining company standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide incredible customer service and quality products to guests
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shifts
• Communicate pertinent information to store leadership
• Monitor production efficiency and hold the team accountable to company standards
• Assist in the training and coaching of team members
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
• Lead and work alongside the Cookie Crew team
• Provide a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices
• Manage cash handling and deposits

Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role
• Point of Sales systems experience
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills
• Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Detail focused and results-oriented
• Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

Qualifications
