About This Role

Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards in product preparation, customer relations, and team management. Train and coach team members while maintaining compliance with company policy in absence of the Restaurant General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
• Train and coach the team
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run restaurant operations effectively
• Maintain an excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in restaurant operations
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team
• Supervise in accordance with GPS values, traits and behaviors
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
• Follow and enforce all cash policies; address and document any policy violations

Requirements

• 0-2 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Must be 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
