Service Representative

About This Role

As a Service Representative (Parking Lot Attendant), you will maintain cleanliness and provide customer assistance at an H-E-B store. This role involves collecting carts, removing trash, and performing general clean-up duties.

Responsibilities

• Collect carts from the parking lot
• Remove trash from carts prior to returning to the cart storage area
• Clean and pick up trash and debris from landscaping around the Store
• Maintain a clean environment in the front elevation of the Store
• Clean, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain cleanliness and safety for the entire Store
• Perform Carts & Parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setup
• Perform red basket fill up / retrieval
• Communicate supply needs to Front End Manager
• Assist Customers in locating merchandise
• Perform duties with a total Store mindset

Requirements

• Ability to work hard, outside
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work hard in extreme temperatures
• Ability to work around Customers, staying aware of their needs
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, pull, push, reach, squat
• Ability to demonstrate lifting up to 20 lbs
