About This Role

Manage and lead the service department at a Toyota dealership, focusing on customer satisfaction and staff development. This role involves driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality service repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff
  • Maintain and control the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys
  • Develop and implement plans to promote new and repeat business
  • Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
  • Monitor Service staff daily productivity
  • Maintain high-quality service repairs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Computer proficiency
  • Personal and professional integrity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work
  • Positive, high-energy, customer focused service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience with Dealership Service, preferred

Nice to Have

  • Three years of experience with Dealership Service
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience
