Manage and lead the service department at a Toyota dealership, focusing on customer satisfaction and staff development. This role involves driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality service repairs.
Responsibilities
- Train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all service department staff
- Maintain and control the performance of the department using appropriate reports, tracking systems and surveys
- Develop and implement plans to promote new and repeat business
- Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
- Monitor Service staff daily productivity
- Maintain high-quality service repairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer proficiency
- Personal and professional integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize work
- Positive, high-energy, customer focused service
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience with Dealership Service, preferred
Nice to Have
- Three years of experience with Dealership Service
