Service Manager

About This Role

Manage all Front of House daily operations and employees for Bubba's 33, ensuring the delivery of Legendary Food and Legendary Service to guests. Drive sales and guest satisfaction while enforcing compliance with policies and standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
• Provide or direct all Front of House training
• Manage performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
• Enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
• Assist with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend the hiring of Front of House employees
• Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks
• Create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures
