This Service Leader role ensures a positive customer experience by overseeing the preparation and serving of high-quality, safe food, and by training the restaurant crew to provide excellent customer service within a quick-service restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
- Help resolve food quality issues
- Support food safety by monitoring time/temperature, hand washing, glove changes, and adherence to policies
- Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
- Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
- Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew members
- Assist with Crew performance reviews and development of future Service Leaders
- Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties including banking, cash handling, and paperwork
- Ensure office equipment is functioning and supplies are ordered as needed
- Ensure proper quantity of supplies are available
Requirements
- Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
- Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
- Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
- Familiarity with office paperwork
- Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
- High school diploma
- Restaurant experience
