As a Crew Member, you will prepare and serve real food by hand, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a friendly atmosphere at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand every day in the restaurant
- Work at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create a friendly atmosphere for customers
Requirements
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
