This role is responsible for preparing real food by hand, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a friendly atmosphere at Chipotle Mexican Grill, with opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Create a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Learn how to cook a variety of dishes
Requirements
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members)
- Desire to learn how to cook
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is welcome.
