Service Leader

About This Role

Ensure a positive customer experience by providing safe and quality food, training restaurant crew, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role contributes to making better food accessible to everyone.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety by ensuring hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time/temperature, and adherence to policies
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties, including banking and cash handling
• Ensure office equipment is in working order and supplies are ordered

Requirements

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Restaurant experience
