About This Role

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen team at M&T Bank Stadium, ensuring high-quality dishes, efficiency, and consistency. You will oversee food preparation, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to create an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
  • Maintain proper food storage and sanitation standards
  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Experience in inventory control and food cost management
  • Ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting
