As a Senior Sous Chef, you will lead the kitchen team at M&T Bank Stadium, ensuring high-quality dishes, efficiency, and consistency. You will oversee food preparation, maintain safety standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to create an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate food preparation activities
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste
- Maintain proper food storage and sanitation standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold company standards
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in inventory control and food cost management
- Ability to lead and train a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a high-volume setting
