Concessions Manager

About This Role

As a Concessions Manager, you will lead and motivate hourly team members to provide excellent hospitality and delicious food to guests. This role focuses on operational leadership, people management, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and training of team members in company standards and procedures
• Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Work with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
• Proactively engage in processes for loss prevention
• Complete point of sale updates and regular maintenance checks
• Ensure timely implementation and communication of promotions
• Work in partnership with other departments to ensure accurate completion of the requisition process
• Manage gratis sheet process to ensure accurate tracking of any comped items
• Ensure compliance with all Payment Card Information rules
• Implement concessions production sheet to ensure accurate production and minimal wastage

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
• High level of computer literacy
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position
