Analytics & Reporting Internship

About This Role

This internship position supports Levy’s operators and partners in the Cultural Attractions division by delivering analytics and insights related to food and beverage operations, focusing on Ravinia Festival and Chicago Botanic Garden. The role involves developing analytical tools and performing data analysis to drive business and enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of analytics and insights to Levy’s operators and partners in Cultural Attractions division
• Develop analytical tools including modeling, reporting, and visualizations to drive business and enhance guest experience
• Develop reporting standards and formats for partner and operator end use
• Analyze and build optimal solutions around specific business needs (labor, speed of service, menu concentration)
• Work on a long-term project to automate speed of service measurement and improve throughput
• Perform routine data checks to identify issues with transactional data flow

Requirements

• Ability to be on-site in Chicago home office and Ravinia Festival
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office, SQL, R, Python, and/or Tableau for data analysis and visualization
• Can share examples of using data to solve complex problems

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Junior or Senior earning a degree in business strategy, business analytics, finance, economics, or a related field
