This role provides essential administrative support to a company executive, focusing on enhancing company effectiveness and client service. Responsibilities include managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and customers, directing inquiries as needed
- Maintain executive's appointment schedule, including meetings, conferences, and travel
- Attend meetings in the executive's absence, delivering and receiving messages
- Conserve executive's time by routing correspondence, drafting documents, and analyzing information
- Produce and transmit information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, and editing text, data, and graphics
- Provide historical reference by utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions
- Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Maintain and verify office supplies inventory
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions
