This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of Indeed's Global Marquee event, Indeed FutureWorks, and other priority events across the portfolio. It involves delivering brand experiences that drive business impact for global internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated event and experiential plans aligning to business priorities, target audiences, and macroeconomic factors across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.
- Partner with program leads to define event goals, scope, and key program components that optimize audience experience, engagement, and perception of Indeed.
- Produce and deliver virtual, in-person, and hybrid events, managing timelines, vendors, platforms, on-site execution, audience engagement, contingency planning, and post-event reporting.
- Serve as a key cross-functional partner, coordinating internal teams, agencies, and vendors, while communicating proactively with partners to manage expectations, timelines, and service levels.
- Support budget management through responsible forecasting, tracking, and optimization in partnership with programme and finance managers.
- Analyze event performance, engagement data, and operational insights to drive continuous improvement, increased efficiency, and the implementation of scalable processes, tools, and best practices.
- Support the delivery of additional corporate and regional events throughout the year as business priorities require.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience supporting and delivering experiential marketing or event programmes at scale within a large corporation or agency environment
- Solid experience producing large-scale virtual, in-person, or hybrid events (e.g. conferences, hosted programmes, leadership events)
- Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, vendors, and agencies
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines
- Exceptional critical and communication skills, using data and insights to inform actions and deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication
- Adaptable and effective in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Apple applications
