Senior UKG Application Analyst

About This Role

This Senior UKG Application Analyst role involves implementing, supporting, and enhancing complex enterprise applications, focusing on UKG. The analyst will partner with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, resolve incidents, and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integration files are processed accurately and on time, including hours worked, PTO, shift differentials, and overtime
• Generate reports on timekeeping compliance, overtime, and payroll metrics
• Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy of employee time records and reconcile discrepancies
• Handle ticket inquiries with professionalism, ensuring employee satisfaction and trust
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application incidents, ensuring alignment with business and corporate governance standards
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for high-impact issues, system upgrades, integrations, and enterprise application projects
• Analyze user and system requirements; design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions, reports, or integrations
• Collaborate with product management, technical teams, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and develop system roadmaps
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle, Kronos, ServiceNow)
• Lead or contribute to the design and rollout of new features, ensuring readiness through documentation, user training, and operational support planning

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in application systems analysis, configuration, or support of enterprise applications
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud, Kronos, ServiceNow, or other large-scale business applications
• Prior experience leading system enhancements, integrations, or upgrades within the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in application systems analysis, configuration, or support of enterprise applications

Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll software (such as UKG) and time recording systems (such as Dimensions or Kronos)
• Knowledge of payroll policies and understanding of payroll processing
