Senior Product Manager

About This Role

Lead product development for a marketplace platform, defining and delivering a roadmap that scales operations, deepens user engagement, and drives measurable impact. Focus on strengthening critical verticals like Member Quality, Property Quality, and Member-to-Host Interactions.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap through insights from data, feedback, and business priorities
• Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders and executives
• Partner with engineering, design, support, operations, and legal to deliver high-quality experiences
• Scope, plan, and ship impactful features balancing short-term goals with long-term vision
• Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to ensure user needs are central
• Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retros
• Analyze product metrics, feedback, and market signals to assess impact and guide continuous improvement
• Design and execute experiments to test new ideas and validate hypotheses

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in a marketplace or B2C environment serving multiple user types
• Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics and operational complexities of multi-sided platforms
• Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and make thoughtful tradeoffs
• Fluency with data and comfort translating insights into actionable decisions
• Track record of shipping high-quality products from concept through delivery and iteration
• Skilled in scoping and evaluating product experiments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace or B2C environment serving multiple user types
