Responsibilities

• Craft delightful, data-driven best-in-class product experiences to ensure students succeed from signup to graduation
• Evolve and expand strategies for prioritizing instructor/coach time to effectively support diverse student populations
• Strategize AI integration to enhance personalized learning experiences
• Advocate for students, instructors, and coaches by deeply understanding their needs
• Manage a proprietary learning platform while expanding curricula and learning modalities
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and operations teams to iterate quickly
• Communicate product vision clearly and manage tradeoffs between priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years of consumer-facing product management experience
• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline (computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills (SQL/data visualization proficiency) and communication abilities
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and influencing stakeholders
• Hands-on execution mindset with comfort making data-driven prioritization decisions
• Bias for action in fast-paced environments

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative discipline (computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, etc.)
• 3+ years of consumer-facing product management experience

Nice to Have

• Startup experience in B2B2C/B2C EdTech or healthcare sectors
• Background in A/B testing or data-driven product development
• Technical familiarity with software development workflows (e.g., GitHub navigation)
