Senior Product Manager

About This Role

Manage the full product lifecycle for the Exam Gloves division, including sourcing, marketing, new product development, sales support, and financial growth. This role involves vendor negotiations, market research, and leading a product management team.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing with vendors for raw materials and finished goods
• Provide coaching and training to the product management team
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs
• Review monthly financial performance and determine contributing factors
• Work with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to reduce Cost of Goods
• Manage inventory by focusing on eliminating surplus and optimizing SKU count
• Develop and deliver training materials for internal stakeholders, sales forces and customers
• Conduct effective market research and translate into new products or improvements
• Travel with sales force to support efforts to convert customers
• Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, training, and performance management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of product management experience for physical products
• Experience negotiating with outside vendors
• Experience with managing multiple direct reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management for physical products, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience negotiating with outside vendors and managing multiple direct reports.
