Senior Product Manager

About This Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will act as a Product Architect for employee lifecycle technology, particularly HRIS, ATS, and IAM systems. This role focuses on building seamless, automated logic and owning the roadmap for Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Global Benefits modules. You will ensure compliance with SOX/SOC2 and data privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Global Benefits modules, taking ownership of the domain logic
• Design and implement technical integrations for the Joiner-Mover-Leaver process, automating the flow from offer acceptance to Day 1 provisioning
• Develop workflows enabling managers to execute merit cycles, promotions, and transfers independently, without HR intervention
• Serve as the subject matter expert to translate complex HR policies into scalable product features
• Identify and articulate the technical logic behind payroll cycles, merit pool calculations, and SCIM provisioning workflows

Requirements

• 5-10 years of PM experience at a PeopleTech vendor (Workday, Rippling, ADP, etc.) or leading massive, hands-on implementation of Advanced Comp/Payroll
• Deep understanding of technical logic for payroll cycle, merit pool calculation, or SCIM provisioning workflow
• Proficient understanding of Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta APIs and data schemas
• Experience building products with SOX/SOC2 compliance and data privacy (PII) at the core

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management experience at a PeopleTech vendor or leading large-scale implementations of Advanced Comp/Payroll
