Lead and optimize the talent acquisition process for Research & Development functions at BeOne Medicines. This role involves partnering with HR and business leaders to strategically recruit new talent and evolve existing practices.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to oversee and optimize the Talent Acquisition Process
- Manage the Recruitment / Selection process and systems for BeOne, US
- Design and implement programs and staffing plans to maximize recruiting return on investment
- Manage the recruiting process end-to-end
- Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and drive the recruiting process for supported teams
- Pre-screen resumes, complete candidate evaluations, and schedule interviews for key positions
- Recruit passive candidates
- Develop, motivate, and coach recruiting staff
- Drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Assess internal and external recruiting resources and recommend solutions
- Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with government regulations and organizational policies
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition
- Extensive experience recruiting for Clinical Operations, Global Patient Safety, Biomarkers, Statistics and Data Science
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to gain credibility, engender trust, and influence across all organizational levels
- Strong partnering skills, bias for action and tangible results
- Extensive experience leading recruitment activities
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, marketing plans, policies, and programs
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, with extensive experience in R&D recruiting (Clinical Operations, Safety, Global Statistics and Data Science, Biomarkers)
