The Senior Manager of Risk Management is responsible for developing and implementing credit risk Customer Management strategies for US consumer cards. This role involves designing and enhancing credit review processes and communication strategies to manage credit concerns and actions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise constituents to design and implement enhanced credit risk strategies for case setups and communications
- Devise treatment strategies to resolve credit concerns
- Handle Card Member complaints and escalations
- Review cases and track performance regularly to inform enhancements
- Create infrastructure and data capabilities for seamless customer experience during credit journeys
Requirements
- Strong analytical acumen, problem solving, project management skills
- Demonstrated experience driving and implementing credit risk management strategies
- Exceptional professional communication skills
- Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization
- Intellectual curiosity and learning agility
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in statistics, econometrics, operations research, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field of study, or demonstrated professional experience in managing credit risk
- Demonstrated experience driving and implementing credit risk management strategies
