Manager - Digital Product Management

About This Role

Manage digital product development for American Express Global Commercial Services, focusing on evolving and uplifting core platform features for @ Work. This role involves leading product discovery, managing a product backlog, and driving end-to-end product delivery to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the delivery and requirements of Product Management experience for GCS customers across multiple products
• Partner on discovery with business subject matter experts and UX designers to grow revenue, improve customer experience, and differentiate the product
• Build and manage a product backlog of features and capabilities, grooming and prioritizing in collaboration with business and development teams
• Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes
• Champion the product vision and roadmap with key stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams
• Participate in and support agile practices and ceremonies to reinforce agile development and incremental delivery
• Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback and sentiment of digital journeys
• Establish product goals and review success metrics to achieve commercial success and develop appropriate tracking and reporting to measure performance post-launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of experience as a product owner and/or product manager role
