About This Role

The Senior Manager of Marketing Talent Strategy and Development will be responsible for overseeing the recruiting, onboarding, and development of a large team of marketing contractors and full-time colleagues within the U.S. Consumer Marketing organization. This role involves creating talent development programs, onboarding curricula, and fostering partnerships to enhance team engagement and skill maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with external staffing agencies for over 75 marketing contractors, including budget, headcount reporting, interview, and onboarding coordination.
  • Identify and implement new strategies to streamline the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding curriculum for new hires in Marketing Enablement, including targeted trainings and communications.
  • Design and implement programs to improve skill-based competencies, performance reviews, employee engagement, and career growth management.

Requirements

  • Experience with and passion for cross-team leadership and fostering a culture committed to personal development, team engagement, and skill maturity
  • Project and team management expertise, balancing short and long-term needs to drive projects to completion across many teams, functions, and levels
  • Strong planning and organization skills with the ability to lead highly interdependent, complex initiatives
  • Excellent collaboration with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to influence across and upwards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
