Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

About This Role

This role will support the development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives for Celestica, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team. The Senior Manager will assess market opportunities, recommend growth strategies, and support M&A activities to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Support development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives for business units and functions
• Analyze potential corporate portfolio scenarios including business divestitures and acquisitions
• Conduct ongoing assessments of industry and competitive landscape
• Create complex financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
• Build strong partnerships within the business and collaborate with segment and/or functional leaders
• Lead special initiatives as requested by the Executive Leadership Team
• Own the corporate strategy operating model, including learning and development, as well as performance management
• Manage intern hiring, onboarding, and development
• Support development of executive-level communications at all levels of the company, including the Board of Directors

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience
• Three or more years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (engineering, economics, finance, or business)
• Experience leading project teams of cross functional leaders
• Skilled at influencing and communicating with diverse functions and audiences
• Ability to create complex financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios
• Relentless focus on driving tangible impact to the corporation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, such as engineering, economics, finance or business; MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience, with three or more years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
