Serve as a Senior Home Lending Advisor for Chase Home Lending, providing expertise in home loan products, coaching branch teams, and guiding clients through the homeownership process while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor the branch team by providing training on home lending products and services
- Collaborate with bankers, meet with their customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services
- Partner with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience using various marketing efforts
- Develop a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations
- Build role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain good relationships with customers
- Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and client needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
- Knowledge of the real estate market in the local area
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
- 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
Nice to Have
- FHA/VA sales experience
- Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills
- Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
