Senior Financial Analyst

About This Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support Socure's top-line performance, strategic planning, and executive decision-making in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role involves owning top-line budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities, providing accurate and insightful analyses to optimize financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Build, improve, and maintain complex financial models to forecast and report key top-line metrics including revenue, ARR, backlog, net dollar retention, LTV, and CAC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to business leaders and the board of directors, providing insights and recommendations to improve growth performance and identify risks & opportunities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the go-to-market organization by providing data-driven analysis and action plans.
• Proactively enhance processes across FP&A, accounting, revenue operations, and business operations, collaborating cross-functionally to improve data quality, analytics capabilities, and self-service reporting.
• Partner with business operations to automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools to enable scalability and real-time reporting to business leaders.
• Support ad hoc high-impact strategic initiatives including M&A evaluation and primary and secondary capital raises, providing financial modeling and diligence support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, FP&A or Corporate Finance at a high growth technology and/or VC-backed company
• Ability to work 100% remotely
• Extensive financial modeling experience, with proven capabilities in developing and maintaining complex models, and a track record of driving process improvements
• Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and ability to deliver results within tight deadlines
• High level of curiosity and desire to understand the business at a deep level
• Strong quantitative skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, FP&A or Corporate Finance at a high growth technology and/or VC-backed company.
