Senior Financial Analyst

About This Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support Resort Management functions by facilitating monthly forecasting, supporting reporting deliverables, and assisting with annual budgeting and long-range planning. This role will leverage technology to drive efficiencies in financial processes related to Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and support the monthly forecast process
• Identify and implement process improvements leveraging technological and system solutions to drive efficiencies
• Validate key inputs and communication with key business partners in the forecast process
• Support recurring weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
• Support the annual budget process and long-range planning
• Perform ad hoc analysis related to any aspect of the Resort Servicing Segments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Management
• 3 to 5 years financial planning & analysis experience
• Previous experience in forecasting/budgeting process
• Advanced Excel knowledge required for ad-hoc analysis, report creation and report distribution
• Proven history of leveraging complex Excel functions to streamline and improve existing processes
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) in ERP and EPM administration
• Administration (creation & updates) of Web Forms & Business Rules
• Managing Oracle Planning Cloud Dimensions (Metadata) and Substitution Variables
• Understanding of Data Management including Data Load Rules, Import Formats, Locations and Mappings
• Experience with SmartView in usage of Web Forms as well as creation of Ad-Hoc SmartView Reports & OTBI
• Ability to validate data on Oracle reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Business Management
• 3 to 5 years financial planning & analysis experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Hospitality and Vacation Ownership industry
