Senior Financial Analyst

About This Role

This Senior Financial Analyst will join a high-impact team, focusing on complex financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysis
• Build and maintain sophisticated three-statement financial models for planning cycles
• Analyze actuals vs. forecast and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
• Enhance financial and operational reporting to give leadership visibility into key business drivers
• Partner with senior executives to evaluate performance, profitability, and headcount planning
• Support new initiatives with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and scenario planning
• Develop polished presentations for executive leadership and the Board
• Assist with accurate accounting, reporting, and transaction support

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Statistics, or related quantitative field
• 3+ years in management consulting or corporate finance, or 1+ year in investment banking
• Proven ability to build complex financial models from scratch
• Advanced Excel skills: scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, forecasting
• Experience with large datasets, automation, or BI tools
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications
